Daniel S. Davis is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, Walworth County Bar Association, the association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers. Dan has also worked in-house for a major insurance provider, and for one of the nation's largest insurance law firms.
Dan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ripon College with
a double-major in Economics and Politics & Government. While at Ripon
College, Dan was awarded membership in Omicron Delta Epsilon, an honor society in economics.
Dan received his Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Kansas. While at Kansas, Dan served as an intern for both the Kansas State Legislature and the Kansas Defender Project.
Dan is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
John J. Gelshenen is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, Walworth County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Gelshenen also worked previously for one of the nation's largest insurance law firms.
John received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Marquette University, where
he received the Senior Leadership Award. He earned his Juris Doctor (law
degree) from the Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota,
where he was the President of
the Monroe Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta. While
at Hamline, John was a dual degree candidate, completing work toward a
Masters Degree in Business Management at the University of St. Thomas
Graduate School Of Business. John also studied law abroad at Trinity
College in Dublin, Ireland.
He is an active speaker, and a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Milwaukee Bar Association. He is also actively involved in other community organizations.
Leah M. Michaelson-Link is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Milwaukee Bar Association, and the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association.
Leah received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin. While at Carroll College, Leah assisted in the publication of the educational textbook Communication Law, and was a Moot Court presenter. She was also active in Circle K International, which is a community service organization.
Leah earned her Juris Doctor (law degree) from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While at Marquette, Leah served as a Law Clerk for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and as a Legal Intern for the United States Department of Justice. She also volunteered at the Marquette Legal Clinic.
Leah is admitted to practice before all Wisconsin State Courts as well as the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
